Founded in 2020, Silvercrest Group is an ambitious company that strives to be at the forefront of construction projects contractors across the Midlands and the U.K.
We have completed projects for a number of clients from a new single self-build dwelling to large new housing sites and apartment block construction projects.
We specialise in ground work, excavation, concreting, brick and block work, diamond drilling, landscaping and project planning and management.
We have completed a number of construction projects throughout the Midlands over the past Five years. We continue to grow through strategic partnerships with larger construction companies.
We strive to become a leading partner in all major construction projects across the Midlands by 2030.

RECENT PROJECTS
Mill Place, Tean, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire
New build housing site, Silvercrest Group carried out the following work on 10 of the new build plot on this site:
Boundary timber feather board fencing per each plot. Block paved driveways and pathways to the front, sides and rear of each plot. Landscaping for each garden and plantation areas, including turf and barc finishes. Excavation preparation for sites services installations.
Silvercrest Group are proud to have worked on this project and have helped to bring new homes into the Midlands region. Helping to bring construction projects to completion on time and on budget.
Foxlow Fields, Ashbourne Road, Buxton
Silvercrest Group completed works on this new build housing site in Buxton, Midlands. Consisting of 6 new homes. Works for Silvercrest Group on this site included landscaping, pathway paving and concreting for ground works.
